Ingredients
  Maple syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, cook syrup, milk, butter, and salt together to the soft-ball stage (238° F.)
2.Cool and beat until creamy
SERVING
3.Use as a filling for cakes, cream-puffs or tarts
