|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh dill||2 Tablespoon, snipped|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
Saute the onion in the butter in a heavy skillet.
Add beef and cook, stirring, until meat loses its color.
Remove from heat and add the sour cream, worcestershire, rice, dill, salt and pepper.
Add the eggs and mix well.
