Raisin Nut Cake Filling

This rasiing nut cake filling can be used in any cake of choice. prepared with sugar, wlanuts, raisins and cream, the raisin cake filling also has butter in it. half cooked and half mixed, the raisin nut cake filling is rich and heavy.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), firmly packed
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Broken walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream/Rich milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat sugar, butter and water in skillet, and cook until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from fire, add nuts, raisins and cream.
