Orange Coconut Filling

This orange coconut filling recpie can be used for any dessert of choice. prepared with lime and orange juice with orange peels along with sugar, water and cornstarch, the orange coconut filling is a cooked filling. Combined with some flaked coconut, it can be cooled and used for cakes, rolls and pastries.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , peel grated
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Flaked coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), freshly grated or chopped
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the coconut in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes or until thick and clear; do not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut.
Cool before using.
