Any combination of left-over meat can be served.
Here is one suggestion: Make an omelet of the egg.
Cool and shred.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet; cook the bean sprouts 5 minutes.
Season with half the soy sauce.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet.
Cook the cabbage in it 5 minutes.
Add remaining soy sauce.
Arrange the meat on a platter or place in individual dishes.
Arrange all the .vegetables and the ketchup around it.
Each person, spreads some ketchup, meat, and vegetables on a doily; it is folded over into a roll, and is ready to be eaten.
