This is an amazing recipe of meat Filling for meat pastries. This delicious filling is sure to win your cooking quiet a few fans. Try the Filling.
Ingredients
  Ground chuck/Round chuck 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1
  Potato 1 Large, sliced thin
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced thin
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except butter.
Place on one half of pastry.
Top with 2 teaspoons butter.
Fold over and seal.
Cut slit on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour.
