This is an amazing recipe of meat Filling for meat pastries. This delicious filling is sure to win your cooking quiet a few fans. Try the Filling.
|Ground chuck/Round chuck||1⁄4 Pound|
|Potato||1 Large, sliced thin|
|Carrot||1 Medium, sliced thin|
Mix all ingredients except butter.
Place on one half of pastry.
Top with 2 teaspoons butter.
Fold over and seal.
Cut slit on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour.
