Pork Shrimp Filling

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, julienned
  Raw deveined shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and diced
  Minced water chestnuts 8
  Thinly sliced scallions 8
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet.
Cook the pork in it 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Add the shrimp, water chestnuts and scallions.
Cook 4 minutes.
Season with the soy sauce and salt.
Let cool 10 minutes.
