Berry Filling

Ingredients
  Berries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into pie pan lined with unbaked piecrust.
Cover with crisscross strips of pastry dough.
Bake at 450° F. for l6 minutes, then at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
