Brain Filling For Meat Pastries
|Pair of calf's brains||1 , precooked|
|Stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
Put brains into pot with stock.
Add bay leaves and yeast.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut brain into small pieces.
Heat oil and in it brown flour.
Add lemon juice and brains.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Use as filling for meat pastries.
