|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Add peel and juices gradually; blend well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thick and clear.
Add small amount of hot mixture to egg yolks, stir into remaining hot mixture.
Cook about 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; add butter.
