|Dates||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), pitted and chopped|
|Yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy flour||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
Cook gently over hot water until thick.
Use as filling for layer or yeast cakes.
