Shrimp Filling

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder/1/4 teaspoon curry paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Puree the shrimp in a blender or food processor.
Beat in the butter.
Season with the lemon juice, curry and salt.
Fill the puffs and serve.
(You can reserve some whole shrimp to decorate each puff, if you wish.)
