Ingredients
  Light brown sugar (packed) 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Blend in butter.
Cool.
