Ingredients
  Raisins/Figs / pitted dates 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (If Desired)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Cool thoroughly.
