Tarts With Different Fillings
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped coriander||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green chilies||3|
|Boiled corn||250 Gram|
Siff together flour and salt.
Rub in Margarine and add cold water and make a firm dough.
Roll and fold until smooth.
Rolll about 1/8 inch thick Cut into rounds and line in the tart moulds.
Prick with fork.
Bake in very hot oven (450'F) for 8 to 10 minutes Cool.
Fill with different fillings.
METHOD Heat oil and fry onions till soft Add tomatoes and cook till soft Add corriander, chillies, and salt, and cook for a few minutes Add corn and heat through.
Beat the eggs and add to the corn mixture and cook for a few minutes.
Remove the pan from fire and cool.
Fill the tarts with this mixture and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
