Cranberry Filling

Ingredients
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Whipped heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine water and sugar; bring to boil. Add cranberries, and cook just until skins pop. Drain off juice thoroughly into another saucepan. Combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; stir into juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened and clear. Stir carefully into cranberries to keep berries whole.
