|Can crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, undrained|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan, stirring to mix.
Bring to a boil; cook stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat, and stir in butter and lemon juice.
Allow to cool slightly.
