Peanut Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
  Olives 8 Ounce
  Sweet pickles 8 Ounce
  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Salted peanuts 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 6 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 80
Directions

Process olives, pickles, eggs and peanuts through food chopper.
Combine salt, sugar, cornstarch, pepper and mustard, blending well.
Beat in egg; add vinegar and milk.
Place vinegar mixture in saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in butter until melted.
Add peanut mixture, blending well.
Spread filling on bread slices and serve
