Mushroom Filling In A Peel

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 4 Large
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream sauce mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Pound
  Green onions with tops 6 , finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried whole tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use Whole)
  Chives 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup, Plus 2 Tablespoons)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Under running water, wash the potatoes
2) Rub the potatoes with oil

MAKING
3)Place them into the oven and bake for 1 hour at 400 F till a fork inserted goes through
4) Follow the package instructions for the sour cream and keep aside
5) Into a frying pan, melt some butter and add the tarragon, marjoram, chives and saute the green onion, mushrooms and the onions
6) Add in the sour cream sauce
7) Using a knife, cut the tops of the potatoes lengthwise and fluff the flesh

SERVING
8) Place the potatoes onto a serving dish with the mushrooms in creamy sauce spooned over
