Lemon Cream Filling

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon, rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs till thick and are lemon colored.

MAKING
2. Mix lemon juice.
3. Beat the mixture.
4. Add lemon rinds and stir well.
5. Cook the ingredients in low heat. Keep stirring till the mixture is thickened.
6. Cool.
7. Fold whipped cream.

SERVING
8. Use lemon cream filling in lemon sponge cakes.
