Basic Omelet and Fillings

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl beat eggs, water, salt, and pepper with a fork.
2. In 8-inch omelet pan heat butter until hot.
3. Drop the egg mixture into it. The mixture would set immediately.
4. Using pancake turner draw cooked portions from edge toward center.
5. Tilt pan and slide pan back and forth over heat to avoid sticking.
6. Add filling.
7. When the top is still moist, fold in half or roll with pancake turner.
8. The omelet should be cooked in 2 minutes.

SERVING
9. Transfer into plate with a quick flip of the wrist.
