|Sweetened pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apricot jam||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Crepe batter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) Prepare crepes and then, spread pineapple pieces, apricot jam and butter on each crepe and roll up like jelly roll.
2) Take an ovenproof platter and put the crepes on it.
3) Sprinkle with butter and powdered sugar.
4) Put it under broiler until sugar is lightly browned.
5) Serve the crepes hot with pineapple filling in them.
