Pineapple Filling

Pineapple filling adds a quick and delicious twist to the crepes. The simple and plain crepes start tasting better with this filling. Try adding it to your breakfast crepes. The pineapple filling is quick and simple to make.
Ingredients
  Sweetened pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apricot jam 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Crepe batter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Prepare crepes and then, spread pineapple pieces, apricot jam and butter on each crepe and roll up like jelly roll.
2) Take an ovenproof platter and put the crepes on it.
3) Sprinkle with butter and powdered sugar.
4) Put it under broiler until sugar is lightly browned.

SERVING
5) Serve the crepes hot with pineapple filling in them.
