Creamy Satin Filling
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Slightly beaten egg||1|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Mix sugar with cornstarch, salt and flour and slowly add milk to it.
2.Let the mixture boil, stir constantly.
3.Lower the flame and cook by stirring until thick and foamy.
4.Add a little quantity of heated mixture to beaten egg and put the mixture back to the heated one.
5.Allow a boil by stirring continuously.
6.Let the mixture cool.
7.Once done, blend the mixture and stir in cream and vanilla by making a cavity in the center.
8.Use as desired.
