  Ricotta cheese 3⁄4 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly.

SERVING
2) Use the Cheese Filling as a filling in Ravioli or as required.
