Classic Meat Filling

|Ground ham/Prosciutto||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked|
|Ground white chicken meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Ground veal||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Blend the meat mixture thoroughly into a smooth paste.
3) Shape the meat mixture into olive sized balls.
4) Use the Meat Filling as a filling in Ravioli or as required.
