Classic Meat Filling

Ingredients
  Ground ham/Prosciutto 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked
  Ground white chicken meat 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Ground veal 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Blend the meat mixture thoroughly into a smooth paste.
3) Shape the meat mixture into olive sized balls.

SERVING
4) Use the Meat Filling as a filling in Ravioli or as required.
