Tenderloin Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
  Cooked pork tenderloins/Beef tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), minced
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (To Moisten)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients well.
2. For open-face, spread on buns and sprinkle with grated cheese and put under the broiler.
3. Alternately place between bread slices and grill.

SERVING
4. Serve the sandwiches as snacks or as desired.
