Lemonade Filling

Ingredients
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Add water to the lemonade concentrate to make 1-2/3 cups of the mixture
2. Mix cornstarch, flour, and sugar completely in a saucepan.
3. Add the lemon and water mixture to the pan
4. Place the pan on heat and cook gently while stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to the boil and then boil for a minute
5. Remove from heat and cook slightly
6. Beat the egg yolks in a separate bowl
7. Beat a little of the hot mixture into the whipped egg yolks to temper them
8. Add the egg mixture into the hot mixture in the pan and whisk continuously.
9. Return to the heat and cook on low heat for one minutes
10. Add butter and cool

FINALIZING
11. Unroll the jelly roll and spread it with this mixture
12. Roll it up again

SERVING
13. Serve warm or cold
