Egg Salad Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , shelled and chopped
  Pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (Green Or Red)
  Green pepper/Red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄5 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and seasonings and beat until smooth.
2. Add chopped pepper and chopped boiled egg and mix lightly but thoroughly.
3. Store in the refrigerator until required.

SERVING
4. Use this as a spread or filling for sandwiches. Add tomato and cucumber slices to the sandwiches if you like.
