Fruited Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  Low fat cream cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Orange liqueur/Juice 4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Blueberries/Blackberries / strawberries 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped pistachios 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Rinse berries well and pat dry with paper towels.

MAKING
2) In a food processor, blender or mixer, combine cottage cheese, sugar, orange liqueur or juice and vanilla. Process until the mixture turns smooth.

SERVING
3) Use a bowl, to spoon mixture. Fold in nuts and berries to serve.
