Vanilla Cream Filling
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
1) Sclad the milk in a double boiler.
2) Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt, stir into the milk and cook until thick, stirring continuously, cook covered for further 10 minutes.
3) Add a little mixture into the eggs and return to the double boiler, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4) Stir in the butter, remove in a bowl and sprinkle over a little sugar . Then refrigerate and add vanilla.
5) Use as desired.
