Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), finley chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 5 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Peppers 1 Pinch, ground (chili)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the empanadas in advance.

MAKING
2) In skillet, heat oil.
3) Saute ground beef with onion.
4) In the skillet, add spices along with salt and hot water.
5) Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
6) Combine cold water and flour and add the mixture to the meat.
7) Cook for further 3 minutes.
8) Fill in the empanadas.

SERVING
9) Serve the filled empanadas as main dish.
