Savory Soya Filling

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Soup mix 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Celery Or Leek)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Pint
  Soya flour 8 Ounce
  Yeast 3 Teaspoon
  Fresh breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, gently saute the onion in butter alongwith the soup mix, tomato juice, soya flour and yeast extract.
2) Allow to slightly cool and stir in the beaten egg.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
