Nut And Cheese Filled Fruits

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Small Package)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 2 Tablespoon (Walnuts, Almonds, Or Macadamias)
  Canned lychee 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

Beat together cream cheese, salt, and Sherry until creamy and well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Fill each lichee nut with about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled or until next day.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
