Nut and Cheese Filled Fruits
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Small Package)|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||2 Tablespoon (Walnuts, Almonds, Or Macadamias)|
|Canned lychee||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Beat together cream cheese, salt, and Sherry until creamy and well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Fill each lichee nut with about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled or until next day.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
