Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, chopped
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Glutamate powder/Aromat powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dried milk powder/Ground almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, gently saute the onion and mushrooms in butter alongwith the ginger, salt, pepper and glutamate powder until soft.
2) Turn off the heat, mash with a wooden spoon and stir in milk powder or ground almonds to prepare a soft paste.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
