This delicious mushroom filling is subtly flavored with onion and garnished with salt and pepper. Indulge in this wonderful recipe - it's quick and easy to make!
Ingredients
  Mushrooms 6 Ounce
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon (2-4)
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Chop mushrooms fine.
Pan fry mushrooms in butter with the onion and green pepper.
Add just enough flour to take up the butter.
Stir well, and when they begin to brown, add cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cool.
