HIGH PROTEIN SANDWICH FILLING

Ingredients
  Lemon marmalade 1
  Mashed banana 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark rye bread slice 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Slice the bread fairly thickly and spread with butter.
Sprinkle generously with wheatgerm, then spread a layer of mar- malade.
Cover with mashed banana, and sprinkle with fresh shredded or dessicated coconut.
Serve as an open sandwich or press a slice of buttered bread gently on top
