Mushroom Filling

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Small curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can Each Of 4 Ounce And 2 Ounce)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a skillet, heat butter and saute onions.
2)In a bowl, mix beaten egg, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and mushroom slices.
3)Add onion mixture to bowl.

SERVING
5)Serve as appetizers or as required to fill pastries and pita bread.
