  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl with a lid, mix all the ingredients.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator until required.

SERVING
3. Use this filling for cakes, pies or serve with whipped cream
