Lemony Cheese Filling
|Dry cottage cheese/Pot cheese||1 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon rind/Orange rind||1 Teaspoon (Leveled), grated|
Work the cheese with a fork until fluffy; combine with eggs, sour cream, flour, lemon rind, and salt to taste.
If the nalesniki are to be eaten as a main dish, omit other ingredients.
For a dessert dish, sweeten filling to taste and add raisins and/or almonds.
Fill the pancakes, roll, and brown lightly in butter.
