Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 6 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the ingredients in the top of a double boiler.
Cook, stirring, over simmering water until thick.
Cool.
