|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered cinnamon/1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel||12 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Sprinkle the fruit with the sugar and cinnamon or lemon peel and spread over the dough; dot the fruit with the butter or margarine.
