Apple And Rum Filling

Ingredients
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 60 Gram (2 1/4 Oz)
  Apples 1 Kilogram (2 Lb 4 Oz)
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Caster sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Warm the rum, add the raisins, and leave to soak.
Peel and core the apples and cut into thin slices.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly brown the apples for 7-8 minutes, adding the sugar and cinnamon after 3-4 minutes and then the raisins and rum.
