  Tart apples 6 , peeled and cored
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with remaining ingredients. Use as filling for one strudel.
