Eggless Chocolate Filling
|Baking chocolate||4 Ounce (4 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Heavy cream/Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Break the chocolate in small pieces, combine with the butter or margarine and melt over hot water. Let the mixture cool slightly.
2. Slowly add the cream or evaporated milk, stirring until well blended.
3. Gradually add the sugar and salt and beat about 15 minutes, until well blended. If the electric beater is used, set at high speed and beat 8 minutes.
4. Stir in the vanilla.
