Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cornflour 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Boil till the mixture is transparent and clear, stirring constantly.
Cool and add lemon yellow colouring if desired.
