|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Coconut||1 Ounce (desiccated)|
Sift the sugar into a basin and mix to a smooth paste with the egg yolk and lemon juice.
Place the basin over a pan of hot water over a low heat and cook until thick—about 5 min.—stirring all the time.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut; allow to cool before using.
