Mushrooms With Spinach And Tomato Filling
|Flat mushrooms||6 Large|
|Bacon rasher||1 , finely chopped|
|Shallots||3 , finely chopped|
|Spinach leaf||1 , washed, stalked, finely shredded|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat breadcrumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Stale)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||30 Gram, melted|
1.Wipe mushrooms, remove stems and chop finely, and combine with bacon, shallots, spinach, garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper in small bowl, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Add breadcrumbs and cheese, fold through.
2. Brush mushroom caps with melted butter, fill with mixture, cook on large plate or in shallow dish on HIGH for three and a half minutes.
