Mushrooms With Spinach And Tomato Filling

Ingredients
  Flat mushrooms 6 Large
  Bacon rasher 1 , finely chopped
  Shallots 3 , finely chopped
  Spinach leaf 1 , washed, stalked, finely shredded
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Stale)
  Grated cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 30 Gram, melted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1.Wipe mushrooms, remove stems and chop finely, and combine with bacon, shallots, spinach, garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper in small bowl, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Add breadcrumbs and cheese, fold through.
2. Brush mushroom caps with melted butter, fill with mixture, cook on large plate or in shallow dish on HIGH for three and a half minutes.
