Simple Cream Filling

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix sugar, flour, and salt in saucepan.
Add 1/4 cup milk and stir until smooth.
Pour in remaining milk and cook over low heat until thickened.
Add mixture to egg; return to saucepan and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Add vanilla, and cool.
