|Unflavored gelatin||1 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry whipped topping mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Cocoa/European style cocoa||1 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 2 minutes to soften.
Add boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves and mixture is clear.
Cool 10 minutes.
In small mixer bowl, beat topping mix, sugar, cocoa (plus skim milk and vanilla as directed on package) until topping thickens.
Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until blended and stiffened.
