Ingredients
  Beaten egg 1
  Ricotta/Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄8 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

In mixing bowl combine egg, ricotta or cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg, and lemon peel.
Use to stuff desired pasta
